01 General Provisions & Online Calculator Disclaimer

Welcome to Shenzhen FlyRabbit Cloud Warehouse Technology Co., Ltd. ("FlyRabbit"). Estimates generated by our online Freight Calculator are for budgeting reference based on standard public rates; final billing is determined by verified warehouse measurements and active rate cards upon cargo receipt.

02 Accurate Declaration & Prohibited Cargo Rules

Shippers must accurately declare product names, quantities, HS codes, and values. Concealing or shipping prohibited items below is strictly forbidden; shippers bear full liability for resulting seizures, fines, or legal penalties:

• •Firearms, ammunition, explosives, flammable/hazardous chemicals, and compressed gases;
• •Narcotics, controlled psychotropic substances, prohibited vape products, and live animals/plants;
• •Counterfeit goods infringing third-party trademarks, patents, or copyrights;
• •Undeclared high-capacity pure lithium batteries without MSDS approval, or regulated goods lacking mandatory PH FDA / MY NPRA / SIRIM permits.

03 First-Mile DDP Billing & Transit Force Majeure

Sea LCL is billed per CBM subject to minimum volume and density ratios; Air freight is billed on the greater of gross weight or volumetric weight (L×W×H cm / 6000). Published transit times exclude force majeure events such as typhoons, vessel rollovers, or routine customs inspections.

04 Overseas Warehouse Free Storage & Fulfillment SLA

• •Free Storage: Eligible inbound SKUs enjoy 30 days of free storage from putaway, starting from 1 CBM and 1-piece dropshipping.
• •Inbound & Outbound SLA: Warehouse putaway within 24–48h of arrival; daily orders placed before cut-off are packed and handed over within 12–24h.
• •Inventory & Shipping Accuracy: Barcode-driven bin management guarantees 99.9% inventory and dispatch accuracy across Manila and Kuala Lumpur hubs.

05 Loss/Damage Compensation & Cargo Insurance

Verified in-warehouse loss or mis-shipment caused by FlyRabbit operations is compensated based on declared procurement value per the signed service agreement. For high-value 3C electronics or fragile items, reinforced crating and cargo insurance are strongly recommended.

06 COD Remittance, Billing & Abandoned Stock

COD collections are reconciled on scheduled cycles with transparent statements. Accounts overdue for more than 30 days after written notice are subject to statutory warehouseman liens.

07 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the competent People’s Court in Bao’an District, Shenzhen, China.
