This Privacy Policy applies to all services provided by Shenzhen FlyRabbit Cloud Warehouse Technology Co., Ltd. ("FlyRabbit", "we", or "us") via our official portal (https://dglic.com), FlyRabbit WMS, and logistics tracking interfaces.

02 Information We Collect & Purpose

Following the principle of data minimization, we process only the data strictly required for customs declaration, overseas warehousing, and order fulfillment:

• •Business Inquiry & Account Data: Name, phone/WeChat, company name, email, and cargo estimates submitted via inquiry forms or WMS onboarding, used solely for quotation and account management.
• •Platform API Fulfillment Data: Order IDs, SKU items, and encrypted airway bills synced via authorized Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada APIs, used strictly for warehouse picking, packing, courier handover, and COD reconciliation.
• •Security Logs: IP address and request timestamps used strictly for rate-limiting, anti-abuse protection, and system reliability.

03 Seller Trade Secret Protection (Zero Misuse Guarantee)

FlyRabbit strictly guarantees that your SKU data, sales velocity, supplier details, and buyer records remain your exclusive trade secrets. With strict tenant-level isolation, we never engage in competing retail sales using client data, nor do we sell or rent any seller data to third parties.

04 Cross-Border Data Transfer & Multi-Jurisdiction Compliance

Because cross-border fulfillment spans China and Southeast Asia, customs manifests and dispatch instructions are transmitted over encrypted channels across our China HQ, Philippines Laguna hub, and Malaysia Selangor hub in compliance with:

• •Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL) and Data Security Law of the PRC;
• •Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines;
• •Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.

05 Security Controls, Retention & Deletion

All traffic is encrypted via TLS/HTTPS with bcrypt-hashed credentials and strict access control. Sensitive buyer details on shipping labels are automatically masked per marketplace security standards after fulfillment.

Our website only uses essential functional storage (such as language preference and recent tracking number history) and embeds no third-party cross-site ad trackers.

07 Your Rights & Response SLA

You have the right to access, rectify, export, or request deletion of your contact data or revoke marketplace API tokens at any time. Verified requests are processed within 15 business days.
